...Through conservation and nature connection

As Managing Director of Ted Turner Reserves, Jade McBride is charged with carrying out the legendary Ted Turner's mission to "save everything" on more than half a million acres of New Mexico Wilderness. Today we talk to Jade about how he never takes for granted having one of the most beautiful wilderness escapes in the country as his backyard, and the privilege of facilitating experiences in nature that are almost too breathtaking to be believed - the kind of experiences that make conservation the simplest choice in the world.

Before the show, Bonnie and Madeleine announce a special forthcoming episode, and talk about how we're handling COVID and what we're learning about ourselves in the process.

Post-COVID, I actually see humanity in such a better place. As I watch us go from overtourism and abuse of the natural world to undertourism and what’s that doing on the economy, is guests’ appreciation for travel is now SO much higher. Now, those changes are going to change us, and make us better people because we have so much more appreciation for it.
